Used by over half of the websites on the internet, Google Fonts have become a staple of today's web. After co-founding Google Fonts in 2010.
As the Design Manager for Google Fonts I'm now responsible for Google's font and icon programs, advancing Typography in Google's services and our award winning open source font catalog at fonts.google.com providing access to our APIs.

//Material You & Material Expressive
Typography is a key part of what makes the new expressive version of Material Design. As the design lead for Google Fonts, I partnered with the Material Design team to make the typography in our design system expressive and desirable.
//Google brand fonts
Every Google commercial, advertisement or service uses Google's brand font, Google Sans. I'm leading Google's brand font program, including the Google Sans font family, Roboto and Noto.
//Material Symbols
Material Symbols is Google's icon set comprised of over 3000 feature-rich icons using industry leading variable font technology. It's used in apps and websites across the world, as well as across Google's apps and services.

I'm responsible for Google's fonts program. Our catalog of over 1800 font families is used in Google Workspace, Google Ads, Material Design, Youtube and is available in our font catalog on Google Fonts. It covers 1,000 languages and over 150 writing systems.
//Google Fonts Knowledge
Google Fonts Knowledge is a rich library of guides to the world of typography. My team partnered with typographic experts from around the globe to create lessons spread out over 10 modules in addition to 100+ glossary definitions.
//Material Design Tokens
Introduced Design Tokens to Material Design and all of Google by developing initial concepts, architecture and syntax, working closely with engineering.
//Google Store
Lead the User Experience work for the launch of the Google Store. Since it's launch the Google Store has become Google's flagship destination for all hardware sales.
//Android Instant Apps
My work on Google Play Instant Apps (originally Android Instant Apps) broke new ground with how users interact with Android apps. They have been deployed on over a billion active Android devices. A similar concept was later introduced on iOS as Apple App Clips.
//Design System for Google Marketing Sites
When working in Google Brand Studio, I headed up a team creating the Google Marketing Web Standard (comprised of standard templates, component library and new Javascript library) as part of Google's Brand Guidelines and used by Google's marketing sites and content pages.
